References in these terms and conditions to 'you' and 'your' means the customer and to 'us', 'we' and 'our' means VintageRailPosters.co.uk

All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling and include any UK VAT payable but exclude delivery charges (for details see 'Delivery Charges' below).
We accept most major credit and debit cards online and also accept Money Orders and cheques offline. Should you wish to arrange alternative payment options, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 44 (0) 1449 720068.
Delivery charges depend on the location and whether orders are framed or unframed. Exact rates can be found on checkout.
If we are given an incorrect or incomplete delivery address by you and are charged by our shipping provider when they make the correction, you will be responsible for this charge.
When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from VintageRailPosters.co.uk, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
We aim for all our artwork to be sent out within 2-10 days (depending on availability, framing and Bank Holidays) and delivered within a further 2-7 days (depending on location).
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Ownership of Goods
Ownership of goods will not pass from VintageRailPosters.co.uk to you until payment has been received in full.

At VintageRailPosters we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase because the item is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or does not match the description on our website or is different to the one ordered, you can return it to us to VintageRailPosters.co.uk Unit 30 Maitland Road, Lion Barn Ind. Est., Needham Market, Suffolk, IP6 8NZ. The item must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unused and in 'as new' condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
This refund policy does not affect your legal rights.
Our customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item has been delivered. This applies to all of our products.
To cancel your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us at VintageRailPosters.co.uk 15 Whiting Street, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 1NX. We will then issue you with a cancellation code number.
Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with your cancellation code number so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that we issued you with the cancellation code number. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50 GBP.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged, defective or different to the item ordered. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the purchase price for that item together with any delivery charges you have paid to us.
Whilst we will do our best to send you the artwork(s) ordered, due to the uniqueness of the products we may find that the artwork(s) ordered are unavailable. If this occurs we will try our best to deliver to you similar artwork(s). Of course, if you are unhappy with the artwork(s) delivered you will be able to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund in accordance with our refund policy above.
